Throughout the summer, Gallifet serves simple, seasonal dishes, prepared with local market produce. We are committed to using the finest products from local farmers, fishermen and artisans. Some of the fruit and vegetables are sourced directly from our own 'potager', the Gallifet Kitchen Garden, which is located 6km from Aix.
