Dedicated to preserving and passing on his exceptional craft, Obligi was namedMaître d'Artby the French Ministry of Culture in 2015 for his unique expertise. In2022, the Centre du Luxe et de la Création honored him with the Talent de l'Originalité award. He further cemented his legacy by joining the Hermès Foundation's Académie des savoir-faire for stone in 2023.
