Ceramicist
Linda Ouhbi handcrafts her stoneware pieces through a slow, deliberate processthat allows the work to evolve organically as it's made. The result is a collection ofunique creations, each balanced in its own fragile way and imbued with emotionaldepth. Beneath their apparent simplicity lies a complex character, born from adeep connection with the material. Ouhbi approaches surface treatment, particularly with enamel, not as a mere coating but as a natural extension of theclay itself, highlighting its textures and imperfections.
Drawing inspiration from both the craftsmanship of ancient civilizations and thework of contemporary artists, Ouhbi creates a dialogue between the past andpresent, situating her pieces within a universal artistic language.
For Ouhbi, ceramics is more than an aesthetic pursuit—it's a way of life, apersonal journey toward balance and intimate inspiration.
Born in Casablanca, Linda Ouhbi now lives and works in Paris.
