À l'acceleration et à l'oubli
A graduate of Central Saint Martins (2016) and the Royal College of Art (2018), Chloé Valorso is an established jeweller whose practice bridges art, craft, and spirituality. Recipient of the Onno Boekhoudt Grant, she travelled to Indonesia to meet shamans and explore conscious breathing as a creative tool. This experience informs her reflection on jewellery as an object of protection, memory, and reconnection.
Her pieces, entirely handcrafted in her Paris and London studios, are made from recycled metals and locally sourced stones, privileging the symbolic power of materials over their rarity. Presented at international events such as Collect, Munich Jewellery Week, and NYC Jewelry Week, her creations stand out as contemporary amulets. Chloé Valorso questions our relationship to the sacred, reimagining jewellery as a sensitive language between the visible and the invisible.
