Regional products, fresh home cooking

We are committed to showcasing selected products from local farmers, fishermen and artisans. For some fruits and vegetables, the harvest comes directly from our own vegetable garden - the Gallifet Kitchen Garden - which is 6 km from Aix.

Throughout the summer, Gallifet serves honest, seasonal dishes, prepared with local market produce. We are committed to using the finest produce selected by local farmers, fishermen and artisans. Some of the fruit and vegetables are sourced directly from our own vegetable patch, the Gallifet Kitchen Garden, which is located 6km from Aix.  

The food served will delight anyone who appreciates fresh, local produce.

From June until the end of September, Gallifet Kitchen is open between 12pm and 8pm every day apart from Monday.  

Private and intimate, Gallifet is a unique haven of peace where you are welcome to take your time dining or savouring a snack. 

We invite you to enjoy our light and refined dishes under the shade of the 100-year-old chestnut trees in the courtyard, in a beautiful city garden where you can combine a working lunch with a visit to the art centre.

During the winter months, Gallifet offers a range of drinks and homemade cakes to enjoy inside among our exhibitions, surrounded by books and artwork. Tea by Maison Jing, coffee from the Richelme Roastery, fruit juices by Alain Milliat, homemade cakes and hot chocolate are all featured on our menu.
